AirlineFlightsGo can assist by submitting refund requests, tracking progress, and communicating provider responses — but we do not control provider decisions, timelines, or bank processing.

  4. After we receive your request, AirlineFlightsGo will validate booking details and forward the request to the ticket-issuing provider for adjudication. We will confirm receipt and provide a case or ticket number for follow-up.

Processing times vary by issuing provider and payment method. Typical timeframes are:

If a provider issues a voucher, AirlineFlightsGo will pass along the terms, validity period, and redemption instructions.
